Mentorship, for me, is leadership in its most natural form. I mentor because I believe people deserve steady, thoughtful advocates in their corner—and because every time I invest in someone’s growth, I grow as well in perspective and purpose.

For Black women and girls, entrepreneurship is often the bridge between survival and stability. Through mentorship, I advocate by demystifying systems, sharing lived experience, and helping women recognize their value beyond traditional limitations.
